What is personal training?
After an initial consultation I will design a 12-week plan for your goals. Each session will last 60 minutes, can take place at a studio or park and will use a variety of training methods. I am qualified in kettlebells, TRX suspension training, gym based boxing and have a vast knowledge of resistance & cardiovascular methods to achieve optimal results. I plan sessions around your preferences and aim to make them enjoyable for you, leaving you eager to return. In addition, I will provide plans for you to complete in your own time between our sessions.
